Granny Murray’s early years foundation stage programme begins in the Cradle class for infants and the Cuddle class for toddlers. Our early years principle are drawn from, and are evident in, good and effective practice in early years setting towards individualized learning and development.
Viewpoint and Philosophy
Our philosophy for children’s learning and development at this stage of life is to support their process of learning through play as they explore and investigate. At Granny Murray, we endeavour to provide for them an environment that supports and encourage this process using proper resources, material and tools.
We strongly consider every child’s uniqueness at this stage of life in terms of their developmental readiness, cultural background, and life experiences. We therefore seek to support every child’s growth and development through the provision of safe and nurturing environment that can be trusted to deliver a balanced language, social, cognitive, emotional and physical development.
